Founder and Chairman

Danavan Hylton is the founder of Hoshana Management Group, and a leader in strategic communication. Danavan focuses primarily on raising working capital, developing new business, and the overall brand, for the company. He has built the business of HMG through relationship management and has served as an advocate for socioeconomic progress for low-income and diverse communities of north Nashville for the last six years. Danavan currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement for Express Employment Professionals of North Nashville and Downtown where he is responsible for connecting with political and community leaders to introduce and advocate sustainable industrial job opportunities for residents of northern Davidson County, TN. He is a former Director of Admissions for National College's Madison, TN campus where helped non-traditional college students transition from a job to a career. 

 

Danavan is recently elected member of the governing body of the Davidson County Democratic Party, and is member and serviceman for the NAACP, World Trade Council of Middle Tennessee, United Nations Cordell Hull chapter, Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Tennessee Immigrant Minority Business Group. As a member of these respected organizations, Danavan has assisted in the strategic planning and implementation of these groups to include soliciting funds from the private sector. Danavan has also served as co-chair of the fundraising committee for the NAACP's state convention that was held in September of 2015 in Nashville.

 

Through his networking abilities, Danavan has had the opportunity to develop great friendships and mentorships from key business executives to include Express Employment Professionals of Nashville North & Downtown business owner Jason Patrick, Jon Sturgeons, Business Development Manager of commercial lending brokerage firm, Alternative Cash Solutions, LLC, and Kneeland Youngblood, co-founder of private equity firm Pharos Capital Group, LLC. Kneeland also serves on the board member of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Burger King, and The Gap, Inc. to name a few.
